Review of Roadtrip luggage

Although I have not had a chance to use the luggage, I was very pleasantly surprised when I received it that it is made of heavier and higher quality materials and components than I expected. There are even magnetic clasps to keep the zippers (which are thoughtfully designed) held down on the side. Finally, I would like to mention that when I made a mistake on my initial order, customer service straightened it out with no trouble.
